Volunteers Needed
Our Honor Guard is in need of your services!! We are very proud of the services that we provide to our community whether a member or not of the Legion. Our post shows a fine example of letting the public know what we are about and are always there when called upon. Due to the length of some of the ceremonies a few of our older members simply do not have the stamina to hold out. We are in need of some of our younger members to lend us a helping hand. You don't have to worry about whether you've done it before or not because we will train you. How awesome is that? It is truly a great feeling to honor those that have served in the past, present and future. For more information please call Ron McCanham @ 810-378-5849.

Boy Scouts Breakfast
On July 25th (Sunday) the Boy Scouts will be hosting a breakfast at the Main Hall between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The cost is by donation and the menu includes: . Eggs, pancakes, hash-browns, sausage, coffee, juice and milk.

Dues
Yes, unfortunately it's time to pay dues again. Please make every effort to ensure your dues.are paid in a timely manner.

Sick Call
Get well wishes were sent out to Max Fletcher who had been hospitalized with a touch of pneumonia.

Fallen Comrade
A pass through and honor ceremony were held for Tom Gallager. Tom was an active member in the post and will greatly be missed by all.
A graveside service ceremony was held for Joe Frostic.
A military funeral was held for Clint Cahoon.
A Memorial Service was held for Ed Eaton at the Main Hall. Ed was a former commander at our post and passed away at his home in Florida.

Note from Commander
Once again I'd like to thank all those who have participated or are actively participating in our activities and honor services. It seems like here lately we have had a lot of fallen comrades and our sympathy goes out to all the families. With that in mind your volunteer services are still in high demand and each and everyone of you are appreciated in every way possible.
Have a safe and happy a" of July!!!

Your Commander,
     William Kerr III
